Support Local Healthcare with Lite 99.3’s Radiothon for Meaford Hospital
The holiday season is quickly approaching, and what better way to give back to your community than by supporting the Meaford Hospital Foundation during Lite 99.3’s Radiothon on Saturday, December 21st. Hosted by our very own JD Moffat, this one-day event will raise money to purchase a new ventilator for Meaford Hospital—an essential piece of equipment that helps save lives.
Like many hospitals across the country, Meaford Hospital depends on the generosity of the community to purchase life-saving equipment. While our healthcare system is publicly funded, the funds provided by the government don’t cover the cost of purchasing new technologies. This is where we, as a community, can make a difference.
The funds raised through the Radiothon will go directly to the Meaford Hospital Foundation and will ensure that our hospital remains equipped with the latest medical technologies. Every dollar counts, and we encourage you to tune in to Lite 99.3 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on December 21st to make your pledge of support.
How Can You Get Involved?
- Tune in on December 21st and donate by phone during the live broadcast.
- Visit us in person at the radio station located in the Godards Independent Plaza.
- Make an online donation at mhfoundation.ca.
Every donation helps, and we want to remind you that any donation over $20 will receive a tax receipt for the 2024 year.
