A serious 3 vehicle collision in Milancton sent two people to hospital Friday. OPP said police, firefighters and paramedics were dispatched to Highway 10 before midnight. A man was airlifted to hospital and is now in stable condition. A Southgate man facing criminal charges after a violent on ice incident at a local recreational hockey tournament. Great Bruce OPP said they launched an investigation after a player was assaulted during a game in March. The victim sustained serious injuries, required medical attention. Police arrested 26-year-old Robert Van Alstyne. He's been officially charged with aggravated assault. Ali said he was sorry. Premier Ford has apologized to an Ontario Liberal Member of Parliament. after he hurled a personal insult in the legislature Thursday. Stephanie Smith, who worked for decades as a broadcast journalist before entered politics, asked Ford why a premier who claims to be highly accountable is making it hard to hold him to account. He initially responded with insults and tripled down with the remarks even when they were met with calls for apologies. And heads up, the municipality of Meaford is sending a reminder to residents about routine sewer cleaning. Now, it does start today. Residents can expect to see short-term lane closures.
