According to reports, Sergeant Brandon Malcolm died when his police motorcycle was involved in a single vehicle collision. OPP Commissioner Thomas Karik said there's no evidence to suggest another vehicle was involved. Microsoft Outlook and Hotmail users across the country have experienced significant login and e-mail outages starting early yesterday morning. Now some of the specific areas include the GTA. Microsoft confirmed the issue affected users on the default iOS mail app and has since issued a fix.
