All Environment Canada continued the snow squall warning. Significantly reduced visibility because of heavy blowing snow will persist into the afternoon. A driver in South Bruce has been charged with impaired. He was apparently so out of it. Police say he was parked in a live lane of traffic with his lights off. South Bruce OPP were called Sunday morning at about 4 about a driver along concession 14 in Brockton, parked in the middle of the road, unaware. 34-year-old is charged with impaired. The vehicle was impounded and license suspended. it was all over social media, and certainly a lot of people felt it. Earthquakes Canada recorded a magnitude 3.7 quake just before 11 last night, although the U.S. Geological Survey registered the quake at 4.1. It was centered in Orillia, and the site's Did You Feel It link had about 2,200 reports of people feeling the rumble as far west as Kitchener and as far south as Niagara Falls. There's no immediate word on damage or injuries. And the Bank of Canada is expected to make an interest rate announcement and release updated economic forecasts in its monetary policy today. The central bank's interest rate is set at 2.25%. Economists widely expect the bank to leave the benchmark rate unchanged. Light 99, 3 sports. The Greater Metro Junior A Hockey League. Montreal beat Vegas 3-2 in overtime. Winnipeg edge New Jersey 4-3. Leafs are in Seattle tomorrow at 10. In the OHL tonight, Owen Sound hosts Kitchener at 7, Toronto is in Montreal 6.30 and in the NBA tonight, the Raptors host the Knicks at 7.30.
