Day-to-day life has not been cheap in Ontario, with the living wage jumping 5.3% overall,
Some regions, jumped way higher.
The Living Wage is what a worker must earn per hour, working full-time, to make ends meet where they live.
In the GTA the living wage was 4.6% higher,
Dufferin Guelph Wellington Waterloo, you need to make 8% more than minimum wage to keep up,
Hamilton increased by 6.1%, while the Living wage in Brant Haldimand Norfolk Niagara, increase just slight by 2.4%
Foreign Affairs Minister Anita Anand opened a meeting of foreign ministers from the Group of Seven countries yesterday Niagara Region,  by calling for continued collaboration to tackle many of the world's problems, from Russia's war in Ukraine to the fragile ceasefire in Gaza.
Anand also invited ministers from eight other countries, saying the issues we are facing goes beyond the G7.
